Game material
Over the hill, its characters, game imagery and related marks belong to their respective rights holders. Selected screenshots are sourced from the official Steam product media and used to illustrate game commentary, with source attribution. Availability in a press or store page is not itself a blanket redistribution license.
Our material and third-party media
Original site text, layout and the independently drawn mountain favicon belong to this site’s publisher, subject to applicable rights and exceptions. Linked or embedded videos remain with their creators. We do not host game binaries, extract paid maps or claim ownership of screenshots.
Rights requests
If you are a rights holder, use Contact us to identify the material, its location and your requested remedy. A fan-site disclaimer does not replace permission or override copyright; reported material will be reviewed and removed or revised when appropriate.
